How To create Order Form for OVH , SoYouStart and Kimsufi dedicated servers Module

After we completed the package creation we need to setup the order form,

1 - Create Ovh, soyoustart and kimsufi order form

2 - Set the order form info and check the option "Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders", is very important as the serice will only created when admins add ovh server info manually

Now your client can order server from the created order form
